Rising up to the 17th floor, Farhad Azizi is home to 634 comfortable residential units. D&A Consult was appointed to control the construction cost of the project and to predict and limit future variations by reviewing the contract documents for completeness and conformity. Al Ain Mall Expansion 

Al Ain Mall is a shopping and entertainment centre. Opened in 2001. Al Ain Mall is undergoing massive expansion. On completion, Al Ain Mall will have more than 420 shops, mostly mid to high-end fashion brands, an outdoor area with an artificial lake on the second floor surrounded by restaurants. The project also encloses a 5-star hotel. The hotel which will have 210 rooms, 15 chalets and 3 VIP villas, a spa and boardroom holding more than 1500 people, it will also come with a variety of its own restaurants.

The D&A Consult was appointed as an independent witness in verifying the successful official Guinness World Record attempt for the largest continuous concrete pour in Sharjah, UAE, between the 13th-16th of April 2017. The specifications of the concrete pour are as follows:

Jumeirah Gulf Estates, Siena View Residential Development

Set across 1,119 hectares of lush green landscape, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Is an unrivalled residential and leisure destination. Combining a neighbourhood environment with world-class facilities, JGE comprises 16 unique communities which overlook two of the world’s finest golf courses internationally.

The project consists of 35 villas with 5 different prototypes run with a total area of 29,646 sqm and a contract value of 75 MM. D&A Consult was appointed as the post-contract quantity surveyor to monitor and assess the payment certificates, variations and disputes submitted by the contractor. D&A Consult also provided a high level of contractual support to ensure our client’s rights. As a result of our consultation, D&A Consult contributed to a reduction in the cost of the project by approximately AED 1.5 million.

Renovation of Aswaaq Al Warqaa Hyper Market

D&A Consult was appointed by Aswaaq as their dedicated cost consultant, we were responsible in monitoring and assessing the design process and what it would cost to realize the architect’s vision. D&A Consult provided a detailed and comprehensive cost impact analysis through the different stages of the design process. Following the completion of the design, D&A Consult was responsible to monitor and administer the tender process and provide Aswaaq with a detailed and comprehensive tender evaluation report to assist in the negotiation process.
