Aswaaq wanted to implement a new branding strategy for its new locations all over the U.A.E by applying a new and modern design to its old and new facilities. D&A Consult was appointed by Aswaaq as their dedicated cost consultant, we were responsible in monitoring and assessing the design process and what it would cost to realize the architects vision. D&A Consult provided a detailed and comprehensive cost impact analysis through the different stages of the design process. Following the completion of the design, D&A Consult was responsible to monitor and administer the tender process and provide Aswaaq with a detailed and comprehensive tender evaluation report to assist in the negotiation process.
