Located in Detra which, historically, has been the commercial centre in Dubai. The project objective is to service the demand for residential units in Old Dubai, D&A Consult was appointed to control the construction cost of the project and to predict and limit future variations by reviewing the contract documents for completeness and conformity. The projects built up area is 172,584 sqm with a total project value of AED 52 million.
