Located in Al Quoz, the client wanted to convert the function of the building to a Car Wash Service due to the location’s convenience and minimum distance’ from popular destinations such as Al Safa Park and Business Bay. D&A Consult were appointed to produce a detailed bill of quantities for the project to monitor the quantities of the demolition works and the building works.
