Al Hamriyah is largely a residential area with several shopping complexes and foreign consulates on its proximity, D&A Consult was appointed as the dedicated cost consultant for the project to provide a range of pre-contractual services. The project built up area is 10,150 sqm and a total project value of AED 33 million.
