Each village is crafted to satisfy modern and practical lifestyle & is fully facilitated area including schools, sport commodities, pools and cycling trails. The projects built up area is 896 sqm and a total project value of AED 4 million, D&A Consult was appointed as the dedicated cost consultant for the project to provide a range of pre-contractual services.
