Located in Al Barsha which is one of the newer developments in west Dubai, south of Sufouh, D&A Consult was appointed as the dedicated cost consultant for the commercial residential project, comprising of one basement, ground floor and 8 typical floors. With a total floor area of 1,016 sqm and a contract value of AED 6.48 million. D&A Consult provided a number of services in order to properly monitor and control the cost of the project.
