The project consists of a Ground Floor + 4 floor levels + Roof Car Parking accumulating a total area of 26,236 sqm with a value of AED 63 million the building is located next to the RTA Headquarters Office in Um Ramool/Dubal. It consists of cast in-situ concrete with a hollow core slab, The roof parking consists of light tensile structure and incorporates intelligent traffic guidance and auto number plate recognition systems.
D&A Consult was appointed as the dedicated cost consultant for the post contract stage to assess and analyse the payment certificates of the contractor, variations, and claims.
