Located in Al Barsha, the project consists of 2 masses consisting of a number of residential units which are an exact replica of each other, the project comprises of a total built up area of 73,024 sqm and a total contract value of AED = 235 million.
The project was particularly challenging due to the budget constraints of client, D&A Consult was appointed as the dedicated cost consultant for the project to provide the client with our expert advice in regard to the project’s cost, specification, and tender documents. D&A Consult also provided the client with Peer Review services which limited the number of variations to be claimed on site.
